Q. Is communication in English possible?
A. We are used to welcoming international guests. Reference photos, our design sample books and translation apps make communication smooth.

Q. How long do gel nails last?
A. Three to four weeks is standard. With our para-gel base and fill-in maintenance, your natural nails stay healthy through continuous wear.

Q. Can I bring my own design?
A. Yes — screenshots from Instagram or magazines are very welcome. Please note that our parts and gel colors are limited, so the result may not be perfectly identical to the photo.

Q. Do you offer gel removal only?
A. Yes, removal-only visits are welcome, including gel applied at other salons.

Q. How do I pay?
A. Cashless only — we accept credit cards (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club / Discover), transport IC cards (Suica, PASMO), iD, QUICPay and QR payments (PayPay and others). Cash is not accepted.

Q. What are your opening hours?
A. Weekdays 9:30–21:30 (last appointment 20:00) / Weekends & holidays 11:30–20:00 (last appointment 18:30). Irregular holidays; closed Dec 31–Jan 3.
